In 1982, Oru Thira Pinneyum Thira got released and it is directed by P G Vishwambharan. Prem Nazir was in lead and Mammootty also outshined in his role. Audiences noticed his role as street singer Jayadevan.
P G Vishwambharan was the major hit director in 80’s and Oru Thira Pinneyum Thira was a successive movie from him. It was a hit movie for Prem Nazir as well as Mammootty in 1982.
