Aa Divasom is directed by M Mani and released 1982. Inspector Balachandran was the character portrayed by Mammootty and Mohanlal also acted in this movie. Mammootty become famous by his role in yavanika in 1982, it was a huge at box office at that year. After few months, Aa Divasom got released and attracted lots of crowds.
Movie made good profit to its producer. It was one of the beginning roles of Mohanlal too. It was one of the hit movies of Mammootty in 1982, which helped him to get more police officer roles in 80’s.
